Fixed a few bugs that should ensure better browser support!

After doing some various testing of the game I found that there were some specific browser related bugs. The following bugs should now be fixed:

• CTRL default behavior not being ignored caused players on computers running windows to open the "Save webpage" dialogue box when holding CTRL while moving downwards.
• While playing the game in Safari, the game would suddenly freeze if the player is seen by the eye due to an audio related bug.

Hopefully this means that more of you can enjoy hiding from huge creepy eyes while searching for pie in the shortest amount of time.
